(1) Trường hợp người xin thường trú là vợ, chồng, con, cha, mẹ của công dân Việt Nam thường trú tại Việt Nam, thì gửi đơn này và hồ sơ xin thường trú đến Phòng Quản lý xuất nhập cảnh Công an tỉnh, thành phố nơi người đó xin thường trú. Các trường hợp khác, gửi đơn và hồ sơ xin thường trú đến Cục Quản lý xuất nhập cảnh Bộ Công an.
In case the applicant is a spouse, child(ren), parent of a Vietnamese permanent resident, please lodge an application file at the Immigration Office of the local Province/City where he/she applies for permanent residence. For other cases, lodge an application file at the Immigration Department – Ministry of Public Security.
